Overview: The Registration screen is the first step of the registration process which allows Agents to register for kynect On Demand, or the ability of Residents to request an agent call back based on agent availability.
Steps for the Registration Screen:
If an Agent is interested in registering for kynect On Demand, select the radio button for the field I am interested to participate in kynect On Demand.
Select the I agree to kynect Terms of Use and Privacy Policy checkbox if the Agent agrees to the kynect Terms of Use and privacy policy. This field is only enabled if the I am interested to participate in kynect On Demand radio button is selected.
Click Cancel to cancel registering for kynect On Demand. If clicked, an Alert pop-up displays with the following language displayed: “Are you sure you want to exit? You can come back to this screen later to complete your registration.”
Click Save to continue with the kynect On Demand registration process.
