Overview: The My Quotes screen displays when Insurance Agents click the My Quotes Tab. This screen allows Insurance Agents to manage quotes or proposals they have created for their clients. Agents may search, add, compare, sort, edit, download, or delete quotes from the Household, Medical, Dental and Summary sections.
Steps for the My Quotes Screen:
1. Access the My Quotes screen by:
a. Clicking the My Quotes tab on the Agent Dashboard screen
b. Clicking View More in the My Quotes section of the Agent Dashboard
2. The screen is split into six or eight ways to search for a quote depending on the previous selection. Fill in the following information:
a. Market Segment
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
b. Client/Prospect
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
c. Quote Name
d. Quote Status
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
e. First Name (For Individual)
f. Last Name (For Individual)
g. Employer/Business Name (For SHOP)
h. Quote Type (For SHOP)
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
3. Click Search. Search results displays below the Search boxes.
4. Click the arrows next to each column header to sort proposals.
5. Based on the search criteria, the following information displays
a. Action
i. Click the green pencil to edit the quote
ii. Click the green arrow to download the quote
iii. Click the red X to delete the quote
b. Quote Name
c. Customer Name
d. Status
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
e. Last Updated
6. Click the Customer Name. The Current Client screen for the respective employer displays.
7. Click the Quote Name. The My Quotes screen displays and is split into four sections
a. Household
b. Medical
c. Dental
d. Summary
8. Click the Print icon to print the screen
Household:
9. The Household screen is split into two sections
a. Individual Market Quote
i. Fill in the following information:
1. Quote Name
2. Coverage Effective Date
a. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
3. Annual Household Income
4. County
a. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
b. Member Details for Quote
i. Fill in the following information:
1. Default Tobacco Use
a. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
2. First Name
3. Last Name
4. Date of Birth
5. Gender
a. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
6. Role
7. Is Eligible for other Health Coverage?
8. Is Tobacco User?
9. Is AIAN?
10. Action
a. Click the red X to delete a member from the household
c. Enter in the number of dependents between 0-20 years old
d. Click Add
e. Click Add Spouse to add a spouse to the household
f. Click Add Dependent(s) to add a dependent to the household
g. Click Cancel to cancel the screen
h. Click Generate Plans to generate a plan and move to the next screen
Medical Plan:
10. The Medical Plan screen is split into three sections
a. Medical Plans
i. The following information displays:
1. Name
2. Coverage Effective Date
3. No. of Dependents
b. Payment Assistance
i. The following information displays:
1. Monthly Payment Assistance (APTC) Amount
2. Cost-Sharing Reduction (CSR) Category
3. Maximum Monthly Payment Assistance Available
4. Payment Assistance for Medical
c. Shopping for Plans
i. There are 9 filters users may apply when shopping for plans.
1. Insurance Company
2. Metal Level
3. Plan Type
4. Plan Feature
5. Monthly Premium
6. Provider Name
7. Provider Zip Code
8. Quality Rating
9. Plan ID
ii. The following information for each plan is displayed:
1. Insurance Company
2. Total Monthly Premium
3. Your Monthly Premium
4. Individual Deductible
5. Individual Out of Pocket Max
iii. Use the Sort By drop-down to sort medical plans based on a variety of factors.
iv. Click the name of a plan to display the Medical Plan Details screen.
1. On the Medical Plan Details screen, general information on the plan is displayed at the top of the screen. The following categories of information are also displayed for the plan on this screen. Various fields within the following sections can be pinned to the top of the screen by clicking the Pin icon beside them to always be viewable on the screen:
a. Quality Ratings
b. Deductible and Out of Pocket Details
c. Doctor Visits
d. Prescription Drug Benefits
e. Embedded Pediatric Dental
f. Emergency Services and Hospitalization
g. Maternity and Newborn Care

v. Click the Print icon to print the screen

ix. Click Compare to compare multiple plans (Users must select at least two plans to compare)
1. Once at least two plans are selected, click Compare Selected Plans
a. The Compare Medical Plans screen compares the selected plans side by side with the following information:

v. Provider Directory
vi. Summary of Benefits Coverage

8. Click the arrow next to More Details to display more information about the selected plan
c. Selected Dental Plan
i. The following information displays:
1. Individual Name
2. Role
3. Age
4. Total Monthly Premium
5. Dental Quote
6. Click the arrow next to More Details to display more information about the selected plan
15. Click Cancel to cancel your selections
16. Click Download to download the Summary and to mark the quote as completed.
17. Click Email to email the quote
a. A pop-up displays stating that the quote will be marked as completed and you will not be able to make any more edits.
i. Click Ok to continue
ii. Click Cancel to cancel
b. Type an Email Address to send the quote to
c. Type an Email Address to send a copy of the quote to (optional)
d. Edit Comments, if required
e. Click Send Email
