My Policy Screen

Overview: Agents use the My Policy screen to generate additional insight into current enrollments.

 

Steps for the My Policy Screen:

 

1.    Enter the appropriate search criteria using the drop-down menus or checkboxes in the following fields to search for specific policies:

a.    Market Type

b.    Plan Year

c.     RFI Due

d.    Issuer

e.    MCO

f.      Plan Type

g.    Enrollment Status

2.    Click Search. Search results display with the following information:

a.    Case Number / Client Name

b.    Name

c.     Market Type

d.    Issuer / MCO

e.    Plan Type

f.      Enrollment Status

g.    Plan Name

h.    Plan Enrollment ID

i.      RFI Due (Number of Days)

j.      Renewal Date

3.    Click Reset to clear search parameters.
