Overview: The My Messages screen is the landing page where Agents can view unread and read messages.
Steps for the My Messages Screen:
1. Agents can filter messages based on:
a. Market Segment
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
b. Time
i. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down
2. Based on the filtered results the following information displays for each message
a. Type
b. Description
i. Click the green hyperlink to view the message
1. A new screen displays the following information:
a. Message Sender
b. Message Recipient
c. Subject
d. Date
e. The entire message
2. Click Back to Inbox to return to the previous screen
c. Received Date and Time
d. Actions
i. Click the envelope icon to mark a message as read
1. If the envelope icon is open, the message is marked as read
a. To mark a message as unread, click Mark as Unread
