Manage Referral Screen

Overview: The Manage Referral screen allows Agent to take an action either to “Accept” or “Reject” the referral using the button options. Upon clicking the new link received on the email/text, the Agent lands on this Manage Referral screen.

 

Steps to access the Manage Referral Screen:

 

1.    Once a Citizen submits a kynect On Demand (kOD) referral to an Agent, an email or text KOD notification is sent to the Agent that contains a link to a mobile friendly kOD Manage Referral screen web page with options to select Accept or Reject.

 

Please note: The Manage Referral link is active for 30 minutes. If Reject is selected, the referral expires and an expiration message displays.

2.    When the Agent selects Accept on the Manage Referral screen web page, a five-minute timer starts for the Agent to enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) on the OTP page and click Continue.

3.    Once the OTP is validated, the Customer Details page displays for the Agent and expires after five minutes. The Customer Details include the following:

·       Referral Type – General or Mass value will display.

·       Name – Name of the customer who submitted the kOD referral.

·       Customer Zip Code – Zip code from the submitted kOD referral.

·       Contact Details – Customer’s phone number or email address from the submitted KOD referral.

·       Referral Assigned – The Agent’s referral assigned time.

·       Action – Accepted for General and Mass.

 

Please note: If the OTP expires or is not validated, the Agent has 3 more attempts to request the OTP via the Resend button, which is sent to the Agent in 30 seconds.

4.    Click Close; a message with the verbiage: “You have successfully reviewed the referral” displays.
