Enrollment Dashboard Screen

Overview: The Enrollment Dashboard Screen allows users to analyze Enrollment and Termination data.

Steps for the Enrollment Dashboard Screen:

1. The following icons are displayed on the header of the Agent Enrollment Dashboard Screen:

a. Export: When this icon is clicked a pop-out box displays and allows the user to download the full dashboard in EXCEL or CSV format.

b. Help: Clicking this directs to the help page.

c. Reset: Clicking this icon resets the data dashboard to its default view and any existing filter options are cleared.

d. Home: Clicking this directs to the Plan and Enrollment Insight Dashboard screen.

2. The following filters can be applied at the header of the screen:

a. Plan Year

b. Plan Type

c. DOI Agent ID / NPN

3. The Agent Enrollment Dashboard includes the following metrics:

a. Enrollment Summary

b. Total Enrollment per County

c. Total Terminations per County

d. Top 5 Termination Reasons

e. Terminations per Month

f. Terminations by Age Group
