Overview: The Dashboard screen is the landing page that Insurance Agents first see when they log in to kynect. This screen provides Insurance Agents with a detailed summary of their book of business.
Steps for the Dashboard Screen:
1. The screen is split into the following sections:
a. My Clients
b. My Policies
c. My Prospects
d. My Quotes
e. Quick Links
f. Announcements
g. Issuer Websites
h. Reports
My Clients Section
2. This section displays the number of:
a. Current Individual clients
b. Past Individual clients
c. Individual clients added in the last month.
3. Click View More to search for and view clients.
My Prospects Section
4. This section provides information on clients that have initiated an application and assigned you as the Insurance Agent on their account as well as the clients for whom you have added. This section displays the number of:
a. Current prospects
b. Abandoned Prospects
c. Prospects Added in the Last Month
5. Click View More to search for and view prospects.
My Policies Section
6. This section allows users to view information on clients that have enrolled in coverage.
7. Click the green hyperlinks to view clients that are:
a. Active
b. Termed
c. Pending
d. Expired RFI
e. RFI about to expire in a week
8. Click View More to search for and view policies.
My Quotes Section
9. This section displays the number of:
a. In Progress quotes
b. Accepted quotes
c. Submitted quotes
d. Rejected quotes
10. Click View More to search for and view quotes.
Quick Links Section
11. Click Initiate Application for an Individual to begin a new application. Select Yes or No to the pop-up question on the kynect On Demand referral status. A URL then opens in a new browser.
12. Click Request Case Access to request access to an existing case not currently associated to the Agent.
13. Click Pre-Screening (Individual) to access pre-screening information.
14. Click Kentucky DOI to be directed to Kentucky DOI.
15. Click Training Materials to access training materials for Agent Portal. The Agent & kynector Portal – KHBE opens in a new browser.
Announcements Section
16. Click Urgent to view announcements marked as urgent.
17. Click Unread to view unread announcements.
Issuer Websites Section
18. Click the green hyperlink to be directed to individual Issuer websites.
Reports Section
19. Click Agent Case Notes to view case notes.
20. Click Prospect Template (Individual) to access the Create New Prospect screen.
