Admin Search Screen

Overview: The Admin Search screen is the landing page where users can search for agents using Agent or Agency Information.

 

Steps for the Admin Search Screen:

 

1.    The Admin Search Screen is split into two ways to search for an Agent. Fill in the following information:

a.    Agent Information

                                         i.     First Name

                                        ii.     Last Name

                                      iii.     Business County

1.    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down

                                      iv.     Mailbox County

1.    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down

                                       v.     DOI Agency ID

                                      vi.     Zip Code

b.    Agency information

                                         i.     Name

                                        ii.     Zip Code

                                      iii.     Market Place

1.    Select the appropriate option from the drop-down

2.    Click Search

3.    Click Reset to reset the search criteria

4.    Based on the search criteria, the following information displays:

a.    Agent Name

b.    Agent Business County

c.     Agent Mailbox County

d.    NPN

e.    MarketPlace
