Overview: The Admin Dashboard allows admin roles to search for Agents within Agent Portal.
Steps for the Admin Dashboard:
Agent Information
1. The following search criteria is displayed to search for Agents by:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Business County
d. Mailbox County
e. DOI Agent ID
f. Zip Code
2. Click Reset to clear all fields of the selections/entries made.
3. Click Search to populate the Search Results section with records matching the search criteria entered.
Search Results
4. The following information is displayed for all Agents displayed in the Search Results section:
a. Agent Name
b. Agent Business County
c. Agent Mailbox County
d. NPN
e. MarketPlace
f. Enrollment Dashboard
i. Clicking View Data Dashboard navigates agents to the Enrollment Dashboard screen.
